All students studying in the 3rd or 4th year of universities who want to do a compulsory internship at technology startups in Istanbul during the summer semester can apply to the program. You can work in technology startups in areas such as software development, data & AI, product & project management, design, digital marketing, strategy, sales, finance, operations, human resources.

Applications of 3rd and 4th year students studying in undergraduate programs of universities with compulsory internship in their curriculum will be evaluated. In the evaluations; academic success, expectations of the companies, additional trainings received, if any, previous internship experiences, if any, and motivational text will be taken into consideration.  

Candidates must submit an official document from their university showing that the internship is compulsory. The insurance procedures of the students within the scope of compulsory internship are usually carried out by their universities.

The internship process is planned to cover a minimum of 20 working days in July and August.

The Regional Employment Office conducts one-on-one interviews with students to analyze their interests, skills and career goals in detail. Students studying in departments of universities such as computer engineering, software engineering, artificial intelligence and data engineering, business engineering, mathematics engineering, business administration, who are interested in technology can apply.

No documents are required during the application to Tech Istanbul Internship Program, it is enough to fill out the application form. However, if you are selected for internship, the relevant company may request documents such as student certificate, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Training Certificate, photocopy of identity card. These documents will be sent to you by the company you are accepted.

Insurance procedures will be carried out by the university.

At the graduation ceremony at the end of the semester, successful interns will receive a certificate of participation.
